MTS acquires 30.2% of Bartello service for paying in restaurants and bars
MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax) - The venture arm of MTS PJSC now owns 30.2% of Bartello LLC, the developer of a service for ordering and paying for food and drinks in restaurants, clubs, and bars.
According to the SPARK-Interfax analytical system, the deal was made on April 8 through MTS Venture Investments LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTS.
The remaining shares in the project are divided up between Bartello CEO Danila Nikolaev with 63.44% and Anastasia Korneeva with 6.36%.
Before MTS invested in Bartello, Nikolaev owned 92.36% of the project and Korneeva owned 7.64%.
Bartello works with approximately 30 establishments. Its app is available for download on iOS and Android.
Bartello LLC was founded in 2018. It saw revenue of 9.9 million rubles in 2020 and a net loss of 4.2 million rubles.
