Ukraine economic recovery plan is on Zelensky's table - presidential office chief Yermak

KYIV. April 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) - A plan for rebuilding Ukrainian cities has been drawn up and is on President Volodymyr Zelensky's table, presidential office head Andriy Yermak said.

"An economic revival plan is on the president's table. We aren't wasting a single day, we're thinking about and preparing for starting it today," Yermak said in an interview shown on the 1+1 television channel on Monday.

Corruption, excessive bureaucracy, and an overstaffed government apparatus should remain in the past, the Ukrainian economy should become human-centered, and the state should guarantee justice, Yermak said.

"We will rebuild our cities quickly," he said.
