Gazprom Germania holding, including Gazprom Marketing & Trading, exit Gazprom group

MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - The Gazprom Germania holding, which combines assets in the area of gas trade and logistics, has exited Gazprom Group , the issuer said in a statement.

"On March 31, 2022, PJSC Gazprom's subsidiaries terminated their participation in Gazprom Export Business Services LLC, which is the sole member of Gazprom Germania GmbH," according to the statement.

"On March 31, Gazprom Group terminated its participation in the German company, Gazprom Germania GmbH, and all its assets, including Gazprom Marketing & Trading Ltd," the Russian company also said.
