Citimobil to shut down on April 15

MOSCOW. March 31 (Interfax) - Russian ride hailing service Citimobil will shut down on April 15, the company said.

Until the middle of April the Citimobil app will continue to operate normally and remain available for ordering taxis and deliveries and renting electric scooters, and drivers will continue to receive orders.

Citimobil shareholders decided to shut down the company's operations in mid-March, but did not disclose a date for the shutdown. Carsharing service Citidrive will continue to operate.

Citimobil is part of O2O Holding, a transport and foodtech joint venture between VK and Sberbank , which each own 45%.
