UK issues license to wind down positions involving Sovcomflot by May 15

MOSCOW. March 30 (Interfax) - The UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI), part of HM Treasury, has issued a general license to wind down positions involving Sovcomflot .

The license is in effect from March 29 to May 15, the OFSI said. It includes Sovcomflot and its subsidiaries.

Sovcomflot was caught up in a wave of sanctions on March 24, when the OFSI added a whole group of Russian companies and banks to its sanctions list.
