KYIV. March 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukraine has already received more than $3 billion in international financial assistance, and negotiations on another $10 billion in such assistance are underway, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.

"We are holding negotiations on financial assistance for Ukraine every day. We have already received more than $3 billion. Talks on another $10 billion are now in progress. And it is just the beginning," Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Tuesday.

The authorities are carrying out work related to the restoration of Ukraine at three tracks, the prime minister said, adding that the money provided by partners is being accumulated within the Fund for the Restoration of Ukraine.

It is about a new Ukraine rebuilding plan, which will unite all countries, ranging from the United States to Japan and from Australia to Canada, Shmyhal said.

"Countries of Europe stand ready to demonstrate leadership in this cause, and, hopefully, it will happen not only in word, but we will really see what the united Europe means, what the world united around Ukraine means," he said.

In addition, as many as 500,000 places for the temporary accommodation of internally displaced persons have been created in Ukraine, Shmyhal said.

"It is the You Are Home program, or assistance for internally displaced persons. The three key points of the program are accommodation, jobs and money. We have created 500,000 places for these people's temporary accommodation," Shmyhal said.

The Ukrainian government is also implementing a program to extend financial assistance to families hosting internally displaced persons, he said.

"If you have taken a family of three, you are entitled to 1,350 hryvni to cover the utility bills, i.e. 450 hryvni per person you are hosting," the prime minister said.
