Kazakh repatriation flights from Ukraine completed - embassy

NUR-SULTAN. March 29 (Interfax) - The air evacuation of Kazakhstanis from Ukraine has been completed, the country's embassy said.

"Dear citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine! The repatriation flights with our citizens have been completed. Requests from citizens stranded in besieged towns and unable to depart Ukraine on board said flights will be considered individually," the embassy's statement said on Tuesday.

In all, there were seven evacuation flights from Katowice (Poland) and 900 Kazakhstanis left Ukraine, 743 of them for Kazakhstan, the diplomats said.
