Ukraine's neutral status highlighted at talks in Istanbul, terms being discussed - source
ISTANBUL. March 29 (Interfax) - Terms of Ukraine's neutral status are being discussed at the talks in Istanbul, a source familiar with progress of the negotiations told Interfax on Tuesday.
"The sides have started negotiations at the level of delegation heads. In particular, the issue of terms of the possible neutral status of Ukraine has been raised," the source said.
Presumably, the meeting may end with putting the terms of the neutral status on paper, he said.
"This is a matter of a draft of a certain agreement or declaration. Everything is at the stage of discussion," the source said.
