Fitch withdraws Russia's sovereign rating
WASHINGTON. March 28 (Interfax) - International ratings agency Fitch has withdrawn Russia's ratings.
The withdrawal was prompted by sanctions imposed on Russia by the European Union, the agency said in a statement.
At the time of the withdrawal, Russia's long-term and short-term foreign and local currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) and senior unsecured debt ratings were at "C" and the country ceiling was "B-".
