Kyiv, Moscow not yet reached consensus at talks - Ukrainian FM

KYIV. March 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) - No consensus has been reached at the talks between Ukraine and Russia at this stage, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.

"No consensus in negotiations yet. Ukraine's position is clear: ceasefire, security guarantees, no compromises on territorial integrity. But Russia sticks to ultimatums," Kuleba wrote on Twitter on Friday.

"To stimulate a more constructive approach we need two things: more sanctions [for Russia] and more military aid for Ukraine," he said.

The head of the Russian delegation at the talks, Vladimir Medinsky, said earlier on Friday that Russia could see the desire of Ukrainian colleagues to drag out the talks.
