Equities trading to resume on Moscow Exchange on March 24 after nearly a month, 33 most liquid stocks available

MOSCOW. March 23 (Interfax) - Equities trading resumes on the Moscow Exchange on March 24 after nearly a month, with 33 most liquid stocks available, the Central Bank said.

The first trading day will be shortened and take place from 9:50 a.m. until 2 pm, with short selling prohibited.

Available for trading will be shares in: Aeroflot , Alrosa , Credit Bank of Moscow , Severstal , Detsky Mir , En+, Gazprom , Norilsk Nickel , RusHydro , Inter RAO , Lukoil, Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works , Magnit , Moscow Exchange , MTS , NLMK, Novatek , PhosAgro , PIK, Polyus , Rosneft , Rostelecom , Rusal , Sberbank (preferred and ordinary shares), Surgutneftgas (preferred and ordinary shares), Tatneft (preferred and ordinary shares), Transneft , VTB and AFK Sistema .

Derivatives market trading in MOEX Russia stock index futures and selected MOEX-listed shares will take place from 10 am to 2 pm.

Trading in other instruments on the exchange will take place in the same mode as March 23.

The Central Bank will announce the trading schedule for the following days on its website later.
