Russian, Turkish energy ministers discuss cooperation in energy
MOSCOW. March 23 (Interfax) - Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov and his Turkish counterpart Fatih Donmez discussed issues concerning bilateral cooperation in the area of energy, the Russian ministry said.
The talks were held on the initiative of the Turkish side, the ministry said without providing any other details.
