Talks with Russia continuing every day, 'moving forward step by step' - Zelensky

KYIV. March 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The negotiations with Russia have been "difficult, sometimes scandalous, but we have been moving forward step by step," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

These talks "have been continuing almost on a day-to-day basis," Zelensky said in a video address in the early hours of Wednesday.

"Are they difficult? Yes, they are very difficult, sometimes scandalous, but we have been moving forward step by step," he said.

Zelensky said that he is "grateful to all international mediators who are standing up for Ukraine."
