CBR allows financial institutions to not disclose info on owners, mgmt until year's end

MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - The board of the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) has designated a list of information that credit and non-credit financial institutions will be allowed to not disclose until December 31, 2022.

Financial institutions will be able to not disclose information about their controlling shareholders, management board and board of directors, as well as not publish information about any reorganization until the end of this year, the CBR said.

Such information will also not be disclosed by the CBR on its website. However, financial institutions will continue to report this information to the CBR, the regulator said.
