ICE to exclude Russian, Belarusian bonds from its indexes on March 31

NEW YORK. March 21 (Interfax) - Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (ICE) will exclude bonds of Russian and Belarusian issuers from the indices calculated by the company starting March 31.

"Such changes are being made in accordance with the letter and spirit of the sanctions and the rules and regulations governing our business," ICE said in a statement.

"The return of Russian and Belarusian bonds to the indices will be determined by law and regulatory rules," ICE said.

Last week, S&P Dow Jones Indices also announced the exclusion of bonds of Russian and Belarusian issuers from its indices.
