Dmitry Konov stepping down as SIBUR chairman, withdrawing from board, management

MOSCOW. March 16 (Interfax) - Dmitry Konov is stepping down as chairman of the management board of PJSC SIBUR Holding and will also step down from the company's board of directors and the SIBUR Holding and SIBUR LCC management boards, the petrochemical holding said in a statement.

Upon completion of all necessary corporate procedures, the powers of PSJC SIBUR Holding's management board will be transferred to PJSC SIBUR Holding's board of directors and to the management board of SIBUR LLC, PSJC SIBUR Holding's management company.

These organizational changes are being made following Dmitry Konov's inclusion in the EU and UK sanctions lists and are set to improve the resilience of SIBUR's business as one of the fastest-growing global petrochemical players.
