Fourth foreign director leaves HeadHunter board

MOSCOW. March 16 (Interfax) - Morten Heuing resigned from the board of directors of HeadHunter on March 14 due to geopolitical developments, the Russian recruitment company said.

Heuing served on the board's audit, compensation, and nomination and corporate governance committees.

HeadHunter reported last week that Martin Cocker, Thomas Otter and Terje Seljeseth left its board on March 7.
