UK imposes sanctions against Shokhin, heads of Rosseti and Rosoboronexport, cos Sogaz and Rosneft-Aero

LONDON. March 16 (Interfax) - The UK imposed sanctions on several other Russian individuals on Tuesday, including the head of power grid company Rosseti , Andrei Ryumin, Rosoboronexport CEO Alexander Mikheyev and Alexander Shokhin, the head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

The sanctions against these individuals call for freezing their assets, the document posted on the British government's website said.

Sanctions have also been imposed against the wife of Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin, Marina Sechina.

The UK has also extended sanctions to a number of new Russian companies, including insurer Sogaz , Zelenodolsk Shipyard and Rosneft-Aero.
