Gazprom continuing gas supply for transit via Ukraine as scheduled, booking for Monday again at maximum

MOSCOW. March 14 (Interfax) - Loading of the Ukrainian transit corridor on Monday remains at the same high level, corresponding to the volumes of the long-term contract (40 billion cubic meters per year, or 109 million cubic meters per day).

European buyers have increased bids for Gazprom's gas after prices soared due to the imposition of sanctions on Russia. Currently, the TTF hub price stands at $1,468/1,000 cubic meters of gas.

"Gazprom is supplying Russian gas for transit through the territory of Ukraine as scheduled, in accordance with requests from European consumers - 109.5 million cubic meters on March 14," the gas giants official spokesperson Sergey Kupriyanov told reporters.

As confirmed by data from the Ukrainian GTS Operator, nomination for March 14 is 109.5 million cubic meters, while the bid for March 13 was also 109.5 million cubic meters.
