DPR reports evacuation of 86 persons from Mariupol over past day

DONETSK. March 14 (Interfax) - Eighty-six people, including children, have been evacuated from Mariupol over the past day, the territorial defense headquarters of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) said in a statement on Monday morning.

"Over the past day, from 8 a.m. on March 13 to 8 a.m. on March 14, 86 people, including 15 children, were evacuated from Mariupol and its suburbs to Bezimenne in the Novoazovsk district," the headquarters said.

A total of 922 people have been evacuated from Mariupol between March 5 and March 14.

According to the DPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC), DPR has recorded 24 attacks over the past day, and four civilians have suffered injuries.

"Over the past day, the mission reported 24 instances of gunfire coming from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The total number of munitions fired by the Ukrainian Armed Forces is 177," the mission said.

Four civilians were injured as a result of attacks over the past day, the mission said.
