Armenian and Turkish FMs confirm readiness to normalize bilateral relations without preconditions - Armenian Foreign Ministry

YEREVAN. March 12 (Interfax) - Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu said at a meeting in Antalya, Turkey, that there is a readiness to normalize bilateral relations.

"Ararat Mirzoyan and Mevlut Cavusoglu confirmed their readiness to implement the process of comprehensively settling relations and establishing good neighborly relations between Armenia and Turkey without preliminary conditions. They noted that this settlement process is needed for the whole region," the Armenian Foreign Ministry's press service said.

The ministers also voiced their support for the Armenian and Turkish special representatives for the normalization of relations between the two countries, the press service said.
