Russian troops move 11 km deeper into Ukrainian territory - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - The Russian army have advanced by another 11 kilometers into Ukrainian territory in the course of the special military operation, Russian Defense Ministry spokesperson Igor Konashenkov said at a press briefing on Friday.

"The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have continued the broad front offensive to reach the Novodonetske - Novomaiorske - Yehoirvka line. The advance is 11 km deep," Konashenkov said.

"The forces of the Donetsk People's Republic, with fire support from the Russian Armed Forces, have reached the populated localities of Novoandriivka, Kyrylivka and blockaded Blahodatne," he said.

"The advance is 8 km deep," Konashenkov said.
