MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian territorial defense forces have blown up a building of the institute of physics and technology in Kharkiv to hide nuclear research, Russian National Defense Control Center head Mikhail Mizintsev said.

"A new provocation by nationalists was registered in Kharkiv, where militants from territorial defense battalions blew up a building of the institute of physics and technology in Akademicheskaya Street to hide research work," Mizintsev told a briefing on Friday.

"Up to 50 employees of the establishment might be missing in the debris," he said.
