Western sponsors of Kyiv regime recruiting mercenaries from all over world, neglecting int'l law - Putin

MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - Western sponsors of Ukraine do not deny that mercenaries are being recruited all over the world to be deployed to Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"As to recruiting mercenaries all over the world and sending them to Ukraine, we can see that they, Western sponsors of Ukraine, the Ukrainian regime, do not deny that, they are doing it openly, neglecting every norm of international law," Putin said at a meeting with permanent members of the Russian Security Council.
