MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - Humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of civilians from Ukraine to Russia will open daily at 10:00 a.m. local time without coordination with Kyiv, head of the Russian National Defense Control Center Mikhail Mizintsev said.

"We officially state that humanitarian corridors toward the Russian Federation will unilaterally and without any coordination open daily at 10 a.m. local time, and in other directions by agreement with the Ukrainian side," Mizintsev said at a press briefing on Thursday.

"We guarantee complete security in the territories controlled by the Russian Armed Forces," the National Defense Control Center head said.

"We ask the International Committee of the Red Cross and the United Nations locally to work closely with the Ukrainian authorities to brief the Ukrainian population on this Russian initiative," Mizintsev said.
