Chernobyl NPP provided with electricity by Belarus - Russian Energy Ministry
MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - Belarus has provided electricity to the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, Russian Deputy Energy Minister Yevgeny Grabchak told reporters.
"The Mozyr-Chernobyl NPP power transmission line has power. Due to the actions of the operating personnel at the Chernobyl NPP, it was possible to provide electricity to the NPP's power facilities," he is quoted by the Energy Ministry's press service as saying in his commentary.
