Andrei Guryev resigns as PhosAgro CEO, exits board of directors along with father

MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - Andrei Guryev has resigned as PhosAgro CEO and exited its board of directors following his inclusion in the European Union's sanctions list the previous day, the Russian a vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producer said in a statement.

Guryev's father, Andrei Grigoryevich Guryev, and the former head of the London Stock Exchange, Xavier Rolet, have also left PhosAgro's board of directors. Rolet had been chairman of the board since 2019.

Mikhail Rybnikov, a PhosAgro senior executive, has been appointed the new CEO.
