Three HeadHunter directors resign over situation in Ukraine

MOSCOW. March 9 (Interfax) - Three members of the board of directors of HeadHunter - Martin Cocker, Thomas Otter and Terje Seljeseth - have submitted their resignations effective March 7 "as a result of recent geopolitical developments," the company said in a press release.

They all served on the board's audit committee. Seljeseth also served on the compensation committee and Otter served on the nominating and corporate governance committee.

Also on March 7, the board appointed Douglas Gardner, the founder and managing director of CAIGAN Capital, to the board of directors. In addition, Olga Filatova, Douglas Gardner and Morten Heuing were appointed to the audit committee, and Filatova also joined the compensation and nominating committees.
