Bottle with flammable liquid thrown at building of Russian House of Science and Culture in Paris, no one hurt

MOSCOW. March 8 (Interfax) - The Russian Foreign Ministry has demanded that France ensure the safety of Russian official establishments in connection with the incident with the Russian House of Science and Culture in Paris.

"The mission of Rossotrudnichestvo [Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation] in Paris was attacked in the early hours of March 7. A bottle with flammable liquid was thrown into the building of the Russian House [of Science and Culture]. No one was hurt. And only because it hit the fence, not reaching its target," Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said on a Telegram channel.

"We demand that the French authorities ensure proper safety of our official establishments," she said.
