Ukrainian authorities didn't fulfil agreements on creation of humanitarian corridors - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. March 7 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian authorities did not fulfill the agreements on the creation of humanitarian corridors for people to leave the cities, the Russian military said.

"As of 1:00 p.m., the Ukrainian side did not fulfil any conditions for the creation of humanitarian corridors," Col. Gen. Mikhail Mizintsev, the head of the Russian National Defense Control Center, said.
