LPR official believes blast in Luhansk caused by missile strike upon oil terminal

LUHANSK. March 7 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian Armed Forces have supposedly fired a missile upon an oil terminal in Luhansk, Rodion Miroshnik, advisor to the head of the Luhansk People's Republic, said on Monday morning.

"Ukrainian armed units have struck the Luhansk oil terminal. Something heavy was launched, possibly a Tockha-U [missile system], upon the oil terminal on Telman Street," Miroshnik wrote on Telegram on Monday.

"The fire can be seen from a large distance," he said.
