Massive blast rocks Luhansk
LUHANSK. March 7 (Interfax) - A massive blast rocked Luhansk at about 7:00 a.m. local time (corresponds with Moscow Time) on Monday, an Interfax correspondent reported.
Eyewitnesses are saying an oil terminal in Luhansk is on fire presumably caused by the blast.
