LPR says 2 agents of Ukrainian covert ops agents plotting terror attacks detained

LUHANSK. March 6 (Interfax) - Employees of the State Security Ministry of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) have detained in Luhansk two agents of Ukrainian security services plotting terror attacks in the LPR and Russia, the ministry's press service said.

"On March 6, 2022, the State Security Ministry of the Luhansk People's Republic detained two agents of the main intelligence directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry sent to the LPR to prepare and commit terror attacks both within the republic and in the territory of the Rostov region of the Russian Federation," the press service said.

The agents of the Ukrainian intelligence service were detained in Luhansk while transporting weapons and ammunition "seized within the city limits beforehand."

"The detained people are now testifying," it said.
