Ukraine refuses to guarantee 'silence regime' for withdrawal of civilians from Mariupol - DPR militia spokesman

MOSCOW. March 6 (Interfax) - Ukraine has declined to guarantee the observance of the "silence regime" to ensure the withdrawal of civilians through humanitarian corridors from Mariupol, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) People's Militia spokesman Eduard Basurin told journalists in an interview with the Rossiya-1 (VGTRK) television channel.

"The Ukrainian side refused to guarantee a 'silence regime,'" Basurin said.
