DPR reports death of its reconnaissance battalion commander

DONETSK. March 5 (Interfax) - A battalion commander of the Donetsk people's republic (DPR) has been killed in Donbas fighting, DPR leader Denis Pushilin stated on Saturday.

"Guard Colonel Vladimir Zhoga, nom de guerre Vokha, the commander of the Sparta separate reconnaissance battalion, has today died heroically in Volnovakha," the statement said.
