Channels for Moscow-Washington dialogue remain - Peskov

MOSCOW. March 5 (Interfax) - Moscow and Washington still have channels for dialogue, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Journalists asked Peskov on Saturday whether Russia and the United States had any relations in the current context of the military operation in Ukraine and the harsh Western sanctions on Russia. "First of all, certain channels for dialogue with the United States remain," he said.

"Indeed, there has been a refusal from relations, curtailment of economic relations and imposition of certain restrictive measures by a whole group of countries, those in Europe, the United States, Canada, Japan and some others," he said.
