MOSCOW. March 4 (Interfax) - The Russian Armed Forces are using precision-guided munitions in Ukraine against military infrastructure, which Kyiv planned to use to conduct an operation in Donbas, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said in a telephone call with United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

"During a conversation with Antonio Guterres, Gen. of the Army Sergei Shoigu stressed that precision-guided munitions are being used in the course of the special operation to disable exclusively military infrastructure facilities, which were created for the purpose of Ukraine's militarization and for conducting a brutal punitive operation against the civilian population in southeastern Ukraine," the ministry said.
