Phone call with Biden isn't in Putin's plans now - Peskov

MOSCOW. March 4 (Interfax) - A telephone call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and United States President Joe Biden is currently not planned, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"Such a call is not currently [planned]," Peskov said, answering a question whether such a call is planned as Putin has talked by phone with Western partners, among others.

"And at present, it's difficult to call our interlocutor partners by any stretch. But at least, in any case, it is a good opportunity every time to make the interlocutors aware of our arguments and explain the nature of the special military operation conducted in Ukraine," Peskov said.
