Moscow still pursues denazification of Ukraine - Peskov

MOSCOW. March 4 (Interfax) - The Kremlin has denied the allegation of a representative of the Ukrainian presidential office that Russia has dropped the demand of denazification of Ukraine.

"No, this is not so," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in response to Interfax's question.

Ukrainian media outlets said that Oleksiy Arestovych, an advisor to the chief of staff of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, claimed Russia had stopped insisting on the denazification of Ukraine.

Arestovych said that the topic of denazification was not mentioned at the Russian-Ukrainian talks in Belaya Vezha.
