Kyiv lost ability to run regions of Ukraine - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. March 4 (Interfax) - The Kyiv regime has utterly and completely lost its ability to run the administrations of the country's regions and districts, Russian National Defense Control Center head Mikhail Mizintsev said.

"The Kyiv regime has utterly and completely lost its ability to run the administrations of the country's regions and districts," Mizintsev told a briefing on Friday.

"The civil-legal administrations in Ukraine's cities and populated areas have been deprived of the right to work with civilians, and they can't solve elementary social and everyday issues," he said.
