Russian human rights commissioner signs mutual assistance agreement with DPR, LPR colleagues

ROSTOV-ON-DON. March 4 (Interfax) - Russian human rights commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova said she had signed a mutual assistance agreement with colleagues from the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics to ensure the exchange of information.

"This is a historic moment: Russia and the DPR and LPR human rights commissioners have signed an agreement on mutual assistance, support and friendship... This is the beginning of huge, serious work," Moskalkova told reporters in Rostov-on-Don.

The first joint meeting with citizens at the facilities accommodating Donbas evacuees will take place on Friday, she said.
