Ukrainian human rights commissioner's attitude hostile - Russian human rights commissioner

ROSTOV-ON-DON. March 4 (Interfax) - Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova said her communication with her Ukrainian colleague is complicated by a hostile attitude.

"There was no foul language. But it's more the voice of hatred and hostility than the voice of a human rights commissioner who wants to solve mutual problems," she told reporters on Friday.

Moskalkova earlier said a compromise on issues relating to exchange of prisoners-of-war and the creation of humanitarian corridors was possible and she had discussed the matter with Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner Liudmyla Denisova.
