One civilian dead, another 11 injured in Ukrainian army's strikes on DPR in past day - JCCC

DONETSK. March 4 (Interfax) - More than 25 strikes were mounted on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in the past day, killing one civilian and injuring another 11, among them children, the DPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

"According to the [DPR] mission, the Ukrainian Armed Forces opened fire 26 times in the past day. In all, armed formations of Ukraine used 323 pieces of ammunition," the DPR mission to the JCCC said on Thursday.

A woman died and another 11 civilians, among them three children, born in 2005, 2012 and 2020, respectively, were injured as a result of those strikes, it said.
