Russian troops seize large Ukrainian military base - Chechen leader Kadyrov

GROZNY. March 4 (Interfax) - A battalion of nationalists has been defeated and a military base with weapons and military hardware has been seized in Ukraine, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said on his Telegram channel.

"An entire battalion of nationalists has been defeated, and more than 2,500 Banderites have run away without resistance. Our fighters seized the largest military base in Ukraine," Kadyrov said.

A huge amount of weapons, munitions, as well as advanced armored vehicles, including seven tanks, 12 armored personnel carriers, and artillery systems were discovered in the depots on the premises of the military base, he said.
