Russia, Ukraine to hold 3rd round of talks in Belarus early next week - source
MOSCOW. March 3 (Interfax) - Russia and Ukraine will resume their talks in Belarus early next week, a source told Interfax on Thursday.
"According to preliminary data, the talks are slated for the first half of next week. Again, in Belarus," the source said.
