Putin in his congratulation to new president of Armenia speaks of further Eurasian integration

MOSCOW. March 3 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a telegram to Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulating him on being elected president of Armenia, the Kremlin press service said.

"I am certain that your work in this high post will promote the further development of Russian-Armenian allied relations and will promote mutually profitable Eurasian integration processes for the good of our brotherly peoples, in the interests of strengthening regional security and stability," the Russian president said in his congratulatory note.
