Duma to gather for additional sessions on March 10, 11

MOSCOW. March 3 (Interfax) - The Russian State Duma will hold additional plenary sessions on March 10 and 11, as follows from a draft resolution submitted by the Rules of Procedure Committee.

The Duma Council will consider the draft on Thursday, and the lawmakers are expected to endorse it at a plenary session on Friday, March 4.

It was reported earlier that the Duma would hold additional plenary sessions on March 4, 9, and 10.

On March 4, the Duma is expected to consider a governmental package on economic support measures amid the sanctions and amendments to the Criminal Code introducing punishment for fake reports on actions of the Russian Armed Forces, for discrediting the Russian military, and for calls for foreign restrictions on Russia.
