Kyrgyzstan doesn't plan to involve its troops in military operations abroad

BISHKEK. March 3 (Interfax) - The Kyrgyz Defense Ministry has no plans to use its military units outside the country, the ministry said on Thursday.

"The Defense Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic said all military units of the republic are inside the country. There are no plans to use them beyond the state border," the ministry said in a report.

"The Defense Ministry denies any speculation on the involvement of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan in any military operations abroad at this time," the statement said.
