Special military operation's plan in Ukraine secret - Lavrov
MOSCOW. March 3 (Interfax) - Russia's plans are secret and journalists cannot have access to them, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, responding to a question as to whether the Russian special operation in Ukraine did not go according to plan.
"There are casualties, but there are always casualties in such situations, I already said that. As to everything not going according to plan, I don't think you are familiar with those plans, which are secret, which make up the foundation of the actions of our group, which is conducting a special operation on the president's order," Lavrov told a press conference on Thursday.
This situation cannot be considered separately from what has been happening in relations between Russia and the West over the past 30 years, he said.
