Conscripts, cadets not involved in Ukraine operation - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - Russian conscripts and military cadets are not taking part in the special operation in Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry's spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.

"Yet again I want to stress: neither our conscripts nor cadets from the Russian Defense Ministry's educational establishments are taking part in the special operation," Konashenkov told a briefing on Wednesday.
